thing is if you don't it will make you look bad if it goes to court. i would say if you can afford it then pay and make sure you seek legal advice asap. can i ask have you ever been in arrears with your payments? if not they cannot demand a lump sum payment for the rest of the agreement. you have the legal right to keep paying by monthly instalments |
