Roy007roy,They are trying to treat you an an "abandoned" case. That is they are trying to get you to pay for the full balance of the agreement. You handed the car back at the half way mark so you should only be liable for the insurances. So the maximun they should be chasing you for is £2200. Did you receive any default notice for this car? That is did you arrange with them to hand the car back at the half way mark which would have been June 06. Regarding the unsigned agreements I think you will find that if you do a CCA request to them for a copy you will find their one is signed. They have 7 days to return a signed copy to you. If they have not signed any boxes then they have not done a good job executing your contract. Can you scan your agreement to me to get checked. Please can you send it to Bakedalasker@saynotoyes.co.uk. I would also do a DPA request to them. Lets get all the info they have on you so we can start building a case against them. |
