I would have thought that 400 miles over the stipulated is not unrealistic, 1 journey could take that quite easily and if car was booked in advance for service then you could argue your case on that grounds if manufacturers is 12000 then I would also use that in any argument, your best option is to seek legal advice, dont try and fight on your own as they will just get heavy handed I am sure others will agree that this is the best course of action good luck |
