I am being hounded by GO DEBT to pay £7,000 for a car I handed back over 2 years ago. I have categorically stated that I can't afford any amount to pay them back and that I'd go to court if I had to to prove it. They are now setting their solicitors on me. Surely they can't take what I haven't got? What do I do? they're talking about Bankruptcy. |
