in theory no they cant take what you haven't got. however if you have your own property being made bankrupt will be very bad news for you. so can I ask about your agreement with YCC. How long did you actually have the car for? what are GoDebt claiming the £7000 is for? Why did you hand the car back and had you reached the 2 year mark when you did? If you can give us some more details on your agreement etc we can advise you the best course of action to take. |
