so you have terminated the agreement for the vehicle but still owe for insurances - have they told you how much? have you made a payment towards this amount? you now say that DAF have disappeared from your credit file? thing is I wonder if they have sold the debt to a DCA who may be able to add a new entry to your credit file - this I am not sure about |
