right my partner got a car with them last year which is all good and well had loads of problems with them but kind of ok now

problem is he also got a loan with them - stupid i know! now this loan is £168 per month £68 of that is PP which they wont remove as its after the 30 days, its the same thing again where with the trouble people are having with the cars

we are struggling to pay this as we have the car and the loan (both got last year at some point) but they wont reduce the payments and wont take off payment protection so its therefor now going to get to the point where i wont pay at all

we had to have the CAB involved because they kept phoning my partner at work and he's not allowed phonecalls and got threatened with sack for it!

this was all over 20p might i add! an overdue balance of 20p!!!

anyways anyone any ideas on how to get the PP taken off? they told him he had to take it out or no loan????
they are really starting to get on my nerves now, how can they justify £68 on top of loan repayments for payment protection!!!!

in all honesty id rather my partner went bankrupt than pay them that amount!
