Have you spoken to the FSA about this? From 2005 all companies selling insurances of any kind were regulated by the FSA to stop them just imposing things like PPI on customers. If you feel you were mis-sold this product you should contact them and see what they suggest. What does your agreement actually say about cancelling the PPI? |
