Shame, when did you buy the car from YCC? I would ask Gilhooley where this is stated on the agreement. Also inform him you have extra documentation from the SAR that indicates the deposit should have been taken off the car. He most liekly does not realise you have this proof. Just goes to show what a bunch of imbeciles we are up against. This will come back ot haunt them. |
