I have applied for an unsecured loan from Welcome Finance. I have received the loan agreement form which states that the APR and Rate of Interest is variable. Does anyone have experience of its interest rate becoming very high - is there a maximum legal limit?? I looked on their website and the FAQ said teh interest rate was fixed. This has now disappeared  I would be grateful for advice. Best |
