again Joybringer.Godebt show alot of interest in people they chase who own property. Unfortunately they still persue you for bankruptcy even if you have nothing. I think your first step here is to seek some legal advice over your agreement. Your first port of call should be the CAB. They will check your contract out and see if you have a challenge to it. There are a number of legal arguments against the YCC contract that have caused the likes of Godebt to step down from their threats. You ned to find out if you have a case or not. At present from what we can see you are liable for about £4700. You will incur expensives if Godebt make you bankrupt. So you really need to find out if your contract is enforceable or not. |
