As Baked has posted contact CAB now! ask to talk with the in house debt advisor who will contact the special support unit - they are well ware of Godebt practises with YCC cases and should be able to halt any bankruptcy proceedings.

Don't just leave! get intouch with them today - agree nothing what so ever with Godebt before you speak to them.

On a seperate issue, have you received any letters from 'Hollis Briggs' solicitors - the legal firm , all part of Go and Geldards. If you have can you please email direct Admin@saynotoyes.co.uk

Please let us know how you get on and good luck!
