In the letter from Mr Gilhooley it states, "You will note from the enclosed copy of the terms and conditions of your agreement,section 4 additional insurances, which clearly confirms that the down payment, will be used to pay the premium(s) shown in box 3." Does this not prove that I would not have been sold the vehicle if i had not taken the insurances as any down payment has to be taken off them. I now have proof in the form of 2 pieces of paper that the insurances were taken from the vehicle and confirmation from Mr Gilhooley that this was incorrect and should have been taken from the insurances. I also see that when i bought the car on the first day i showed my contract of employment which stated that i would have a permanent position subject to satisfactorly passing the training course and a further 12 Months probation. There is however no record or copy of my contract of employment when i recieved the documents throurh the SAR. The plot thickens Shane |
