Posts: 21 Group: Members Member #1,266 Joined: May 16, 2007	Just received letter from DAF warning of legal action, (bring it on)they say paperwork is being prepared for this, but get this- letter states: "WE ARE PREPARED TO OFFER A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO CLEAR THE ABOVE BALANCE", I may phone to see what this substantial discount will be out of curiosity ,what you think???? they have previously offered me a one off payment of Ł460 to clear and given that i have sent letter regards the unfair Ł80 collection fee it will be interesting to see if they reduce further, also what is the situation regards deposit, i paid Ł200 which went to the insurances is this worth pursuing ??? I see on the forum that many people are also saying this. Thanks
