I have just had a phone call at my office from red castle, saying that they have been unable to get intouch with me for months, regarding yes car credit debt, i stated that i had moved address in november 06, and i have received correspondance from Direct auto finance at my current address stating that i am now at a default stage, i find it strange that red castle mention yes car credit, considering all my dealings have been with direct auto finance, i feel quite concerned, however i have already visited citizens advice and been adviced on what to do, however i'm interested to hear if anybody has had dealings with red castle at all, and maybe comment on their "excellent collection methods"
