Hi again.
Thanks for all the help.
The current situation is, I've been phoning my local CAB, every day, every 15 minutes, since Tuesday, and still can't get through. The nature of my job means I can't get there during the restricted hours they open. To say the least, I'm fed up!!! Any suggestions??
Secondly, I sent a £10 PO for the Subject Rights Access, and GoDebt (Alyn Thomas) replied that it's now been passed to their solicitors (Bill Gill of Hollis Briggs) to arrange the information, and that all future correspondence should be directed to them. I'm not sure what this bloke means - all correspondence, period, or just regarding the Subject Access Rights Notice??
Help!!
Thanks
Jb
Any ideas, anyone??
I really need to get an appointment with CAB, but they never answer the phone! Their website isn't good for that kind of appointment booking, either!
Will (or is it likely) that Hollis Briggs will take over the whole case, just because I asked for SARN?
Tia
