Apologise JB for missing your post. Bill Gill will be the person who you will have to deal with regarding your issue. He should handle your SARN request as well. At least you now have proof that they have received your SARN. I know of one user on here who claimed his cheque was cashed but never received any information. This user then e-mailed the MD William Rhodes who in return ignored his e-mail. Then they have 40 days to comply with your request. |
