Posts: 42 Group: Members Member #446 Joined: June 17, 2006	Hi all I have had two letters in two days from them and I am about to send back to them my statement of true, the barrister has adviced that the cases should be moved to a court in Birmingham where a judge has indicated that he will take up a group action and also becasue it is a more central location for all concern. I spoke to stephenson's on Wednesday and asked how long this will take, I also wrote to them and they estimate that it may take about 3 to 4 months to hopefully get a ruling from the new judge, so I will suggest that if you have not heard from them and are worried you give them a call. I hope we don't start panicking and give up now as it seems we are almost there and we do not want those ????? Daf/ycc lots to think we are afraid of them, look at what Mr Mole is achiving now, let us all stick together and together we will beat the B..............s.
