Hi, I have only just discovered your site, I actually gave my car back to yes car credit after 2 years as I could not afford the car anymore with a promise that I would only owe £1,000. However they informed me that I owed them £3,000 and are still chasing me for it.I re-pay £20 a month they are threatning court action where do I stand? |
