GG,

YCC are keeping GoDebt busy.

Under your circumstances call Horsham and tell them you have received this. then inform them that the debate is between you and them, not a 3rd party. Ask them where it says they can pass the debt over to a 3 rd party in the agreement.

Inform them you are going on holiday and when you get back you will be seeing a solicitor. Also when you get back report GoDebt to the OFT for the threatening letter.

Hope this helps for now.

I've got the feeling YCC are Godebts No 1 customer, hence William Rhodes defence of them.

GG,

Hope you had a good holiday.

I might have to retract on the 3rd party argument. Whatever see a brief and don't forget to report YCC and GoDebt to OFT.
