recognised by who. is there a offical recognising panel for forums now. if ycc feel they need to regulate what is said about them then it proves this forum is doing its job. which is simply to let customers of ycc -past or present to inform the uk future car buyers of their experiences of dealing with ycc. ycc is not alone in this respect. apart from its very rare for positive feed back to be aired. perhaps they feel let down by the customers who are happy with them. perhaps ycc want their own forum with all good remarks. may be ycc know it wont happen as not enough people are happy. where are they all. anyone can write anything about anything or anyone under the freedom of speech act if the subject matter is true. and in my dealing with ycc they either dont know what truth is or try to alter it. when you look at this site most peoples complaints are about the same things. ycc could look at this site and discover where they are going wrong. instead they would rather not be apart of it as its not recognised . WELL YCC . HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU. ITS recognised by your present and past customers. ITS recognised by future customers (counts for would of been ) ITS recognised by your selves you just cant recognise that you have been recognised as being suppliers of second cars for high rate finance and low rate of customer satisfaction. which you recognise will be the down fall of ycc in the future. one thing i have to recognise is that every day people are putting " ycc complaint in google " and every day theres more and more places to view what you say has to be recognised by ycc. ycc dont just suck. it dribbles too. bet you you did not reckon on this . people standing up for them selves. |

how can you not feature if your called ycc on a forum where past and present customers and future customers come to view other peoples experiences about ycc. it like a television program about cooking with no cooking on it. it makes no sence. mind you ycc advertise decent 125 point checked cars on television and when you get there 'there isn't any. forgot to add. its probley because ycc told the fla they dont recognised this an offical place where ycc customers can come to complain or get advice. so the fla probley cant put details of how they can help. surely a basic few lines of advice on what to do if you think or have been treated unfairly by any company would have been ok. horses mouth and all that. oh welll |

Shameful behaviour by the FLA. They say that this is not a recognised forum. Do they not recognise Yes Car Credit as a member. Sort your act out FLA and start looking at your members a little more closely and stop burying your head in the sand. Outragous nono eek |
