Emails from YCC staff I have come across your Yes site and read it with interest.... I work in the ...............Dept at Direct Auto Finance (YCC) and wondered if I could assist. Yes Car Credit regularly break DPA and also feel that they may be breaking OFCOM regulations for the collection of debts. I have come across some horror stories but also some success too. However poor sales, and the most disgusting level of customer service can take place and peoples already damaged credit history can be made worse by poor management.
