I don't believe that anyone else but Wisperwolf is able to answer this question "With a simple Yes Or No" Surly this will encourage speculation and as you have stated in another post you expect the moderating team to be accurate, fair and balanced in their postings. To invite anyone one to answer your question apart from Wisperwolf will not bring you an accurate response. |

well said whistleblower and bakedalaska I think Mr rhodes is spending to much time thinking about this , if his staff are fully trained and truthfull he should have nothing to worry about , as the staff are ruled under the guidlines of what there trained to do and say, he should feel at ease , and if whisperwolf has what he stated as in the conversation on tape then good lad he will do what he needs to do , end of story as the truth will come to ahead one way or another . as its not for anyone to voice an opinion on this as in whats true and not , thats what i think anyway |

If I was psychic then I would only allow people to post the truth. But I'm not that so I cannot do it. As a moderator of this site my aims are to detect unwanted behaviour such as threats towards any user, bad language etc. As far as judging a post for its correctness then as far as I'm concerned all users have equal rights in believing what is said or not. |

Admin Interesting posts. I make no comment about how ths site is run or have given any view. Bakedalasker is a Moderator and has expressed support for Whisperwolf in his postings which seems strange when he then will not then be drawn on the subject of whether he feels Whisperwolf's posts are accurate. Surely when people read the posts they can make thier own mind up. I have expressed doubt over the accuracy of the post by Whisperwolf (I have good reason) - however because I expressed my view about Whisperwolf's position it does not mean that I am calling into question other people that have posted. I have never posted a note expressing doubt over any other member's contribution. We should all have an open mind until we know all (or the majority of) the facts about a particular position. I guess what frustrates me about the Whisperwolf situation is the "blind" acceptance that a certian set of circumstances are true - when it agrees with a moderator's view of an organisation. It just so happens in this instance I was lucky enough to be able to identify the Collector(s) and the person who made the call to us - literally within 30 minutes of the call being handled. I would have been very happy for you to review the "tape" of the call made and report to us all - I think you would have been fair and accurate in your reporting. It certainly would answer the "Yes or No" question. At present only Whisperwolf can answer that. I cannot see Whisperwolf handing the tape over in the near future. We will have to wait to see if he does that in the long run. |

we should not just judge go debt on what whisperwolf claimes to have happened or not happened, WE SHOULD JUDGE GODEBT LIKE ANY OTHER COMPANY. WE LISTEN TO WHAT EXPERIENCES OTHER PEOPLE HAVE GONE THROUGH. AND COMPARE THEM TO OUR OWN. SURELY WERE NOT ALL TELLING PORKIES. THE MAIN PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY GODEBT ON THIS SITE AND OTHER SITES TOO -ALL SAY THE SAME THING. THEY FELT IMTIMIDATED AND THREATENED. AND WE ALL KNOW IF YOU HAVE HAD THE Unfortunate CHANCE OF SPEAKING ON THE PHONE JUST HOW WE GET SPOKEN TOO. WE DONT NEED TO RELY ON A RECORDING TO SEE THAT GODEBT BREAK GUIDELINES PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT PEOPLE LIKE US. IF THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD NOT BROKEN ANY GUIDELINES OR WONT IN THE FUTURE WHY IS THE MD ON HERE. WHO EVER HEARD OF A CARING DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT WE SAY- LARGE COMPANIES NEVER ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES AS THEY HAVE TOO MUCH TO LOSE. JUST KEEP REPORTING THE FACTS TO THE PEOPLE THAT COUNT. AS THEY HAVE WAYS OF CHECKING IF THE TRUTH IS BEING TOLD. I have spoken to 2 people at Go Debt have not found them to be intimidating or threatening, only the letters which are probably automated from the computer system. My position is such that I'm disputing the 'debt' and maybe their attitude will change over time but at the moment everything seems to be to ok. I just thought I'd post here to offer my expereiences with dealing with this company. John |

Runninggoose I have read your mail. The problem is when there is a big difference between what is reported to have happened on the site and what actually has happened. I think you know what I am getting at. Of course some people give a straight account of thier dealings. Some others however don't. In fact there are a (small) number of incidents where those that post have neglected to mention how abusive they have been to my staff - and I don't mean mild aggressive banter. So please bear in mind that some people are honest and give a true account and some people do not. Sometimes those that say they have been poorly treated by my company are trying to hide thier own unacceptable behaviour. In contrast many of those that I have spoken to have been genuine people who are not trying to make gain. William Rhodes |
