Hello I am still having problems with Yes Car Credit at the moment, my debt has now been passed over to Go Debt. I offered to make a payment after they sent me a financial statement to complete and they rejected the payment! I have made no payments for 4 months now as I don't agree that I should pay it, as we discussed before. The thing that surprised me was that they asked for a monthly payment that was MORE than what Yes Car Credit were originally asking for the insurance's!! I couldn't believe it. They are now threatening me with bankruptcy. However I don't own my own home and have no assets. Can they do this? I am prepared to fight them all the way to be honest, but don't really know how to do this. Have you got any suggestions please anyone? Help!! Thank you |

CR, In your case I would go to the CAB. They will act on your behalf with regards to how to deal with the debt. Thats if you do not want to talk to GoDebt. |
