Hello

I am still having problems with Yes Car Credit at the moment, my debt
has
now been passed over to Go Debt. I offered to make a payment after they
sent
me a financial statement to complete and they rejected the payment! I
have
made no payments for 4 months now as I don't agree that I should pay it,
as
we discussed before. The thing that surprised me was that they asked
for a
monthly payment that was MORE than what Yes Car Credit were originally
asking for the insurance's!! I couldn't believe it. They are now
threatening
me with bankruptcy. However I don't own my own home and have no assets.
Can
they do this? I am prepared to fight them all the way to be honest, but
don't
really know how to do this. Have you got any suggestions please anyone?
Help!!

Thank you

CR,

In your case I would go to the CAB. They will act on your behalf with regards to how to deal with the debt. Thats if you do not want to talk to GoDebt.
