Going to YCC (Introduction) Over the last few years many of the public with bad credit ratings have gone into a Yes Car Credit showroom with the intentions of driving away with a reliable new car. Yes Car Credit has advertised on national television and in newspapers where they have promised a sparkling new car with affordable payment arrangements. Unfortunately for these customers this has proved to be the total opposite and it is the intention of this web site to forewarn potential purchasers of Yes Car Credit cars the dangers of going to them. So what can happen if I buy a car from Yes Car Credit? Well hopefully you will have a trouble free car for 4 years. That’s the best that can happen but this will cost you. If you take out the extra insurances then expect to pay 4 times the cost of the car. You can return the car after 2 years but if you took out the insurances you will be liable to pay another 2 years for them. So the best that can happen is you have a trouble free car that will cost you 4 times its value. The worse that can happen is you could end up loosing your house. So how can this happen? Well basically why you still in agreement with Yes Car Credit and one way or the other you cannot pay your installments then believe this site, this will happen. So what happens if I cannot afford the instalments? Yes Car Credits attitude to this is repossess the car one way or the other, work out a final settlement to send to the customer and if they cannot pay within 7 days pass the debt onto a Debt Collection Agency who then will try and make you bankrupt. Yes Car Credit are not bothered what the outcome of their ex customer comes to as they will have resold the car onto someone else and would have recuperated some of the money from the debt agency. So what happens if I lose my job? If you took out appropriate insurance such as Personal Protection Insurance (PPI) either from Yes Car Credit or another source and this insurance covers for such things as redundancy or accidental injuries then you should be alright. It’s when you lose your job where these insurances do not cover such things as being sacked or unable to work becasue of a previous injury. If you are not covered then Yes Car Credit will treat you the same way as if you cannot afford the instalments. You are on the way to becoming bankrupt. So what happens if I want to sell the car to buy from some other dealer? To do this you would have to buy the car from Yes Car Credit. It’s called a final settlement and its value depends on how long you have had the car. Basically you will pay for the full 4 years instalments minus the ones you have already paid. So if you have had the car for one year you will be expected to pay for the remaining 3 years. You can imagine how expense that will be. So what if my car I buy of them turns out to be unroadworthy If you took out the warranties insurance then expect a fight to get your car roadworthy. From the testimonies of this site it is becoming very clear that whoever is meant to be covering you will deny it is thier problem. Most likely they will use that the part that is the problem is not covered. Most of our clients who have had car problems have resorted to getting it fixed themselves as these warrenty companies have become impossible to deal with. So what does the Saynotoyes website recommend? This site recommends you stay away from any Yes Car Credit showroom. Try other outlets first who specialise in people with bad credit. If and if only you have no choice then please read the following topics in this forum. It will give you an idea of what to expect and hopefully a plan to get the best deal from Yes Car Credit. The best deal is going to be expensive but hopefully it will not be extortionate which is Yes Car Credits plan before you walk through the doors. |
