DO YOU FALL INTO THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: -

1. You want to return your car to Yes Car Credit (YCC) simple because you do not want to have anything to do with them.
2. You have returned your car to YCC but now are in dispute with them or a debt collection agency.
3. You have been made bankrupt or have a payment plan arrangement with a debt collection agency after returning your car to YCC.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR LOCAL CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU (CAB)

Over the last few weeks this site has learnt from external agencies that there are legal arguments against the YCC agreement. These arguments have resulted in statutory demands (SD) being withdrawn by the respective debt collection agencies. As I post there has been no known further action taken against the victims of these SD's.
I must stress these are legal arguments and have NOT been proved in a court of law YET. The fact that these SD's have been withdrawn is a good enough reason to arrange an appointment with your local CAB.
If you have a case the CAB will also see if you qualify for legal aid or if not recommend a representative.

How do I know I have a case?
It totally depends on the contents of your agreement. You need legal advice to see if these legal arguments apply to you. The CAB have set up avenues to help you out. This advice is free and you need to make that appointment. So do you want to know? Get on the phone to the CAB.

Good luck everyone and please keep this site informed upt
