W.B If YCC closed its doors in Dec 2005, why is it that any correspondence I have received of late still show their crest and state on the bottom of the statement
If they have wound up their business then surely we should not be receiving mail stating they are still a registered company!!!! I have had a look on companies house and searched for YCC, I was shocked to see they are not showing as disolved !! (Although it might not be a requirement maybe someone would like to clarify this?) see links below. http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/7abc8cf0...57487892#result http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/7abc8cf0...7ff/compdetails As you will see there are also a good few registered companies to the same address in Bradford !! is this a con?? Lee As Far as I'm aware YCC only closed for NEW business, they are still technically a company in existance. They are included on the bottom of letters from DAFS i suppose so theres no confusion that they are in essance the same company but with different name. Furthermore the bradford address is where most provident businesses are registered to so I imagine there will be a few there |

YCC are still in business but they have closed down as a car sales distributor, thank goodness. As far as we were concerned though they now cannot sell dangerous cars and con people into HP agreements. Mission accomplished. As soon as those cars still on the road have been either paid for or repossessed, whatever, then hopefully YCC will be no more. If they have plans to return then we will be waiting for them. |
