Have a read through the email and feel free to contact him direct. Hello, My name is Jamie and I'm currently working for Flame TV on a new BBC daytime consumer affairs programme. One company we are looking at is Thames Credit a debt collection agency, who I know have bought debt of Yes Car Credit in the past. We are currently looking for people who are having problems with Thames Credit and would like to get involved in the programme. Once on board we have a consumer complaints expert who will help to solve their consumer problem. I noticed on your forum that you have sections for financial companies involved with Yes Car Credit and wondered if you have come across anyone who is having problems with Thames Credit and would be able to put us in contact with them. If you feel there is anything you could do to help put us get in contact with people or could publish our contact details on your website I would be grateful. Posts: 129 Group: Members Member #191 Joined: November 14, 2005	whistleblower, i think this company should get themselves in all debt collection agencies,having anything to do with yes car credit. as in my case credit&asset recovery solutions,is actually part of direct auto financial services,so whats to say a lot more of these agencies dont belong to the same company,as with the way yes car credit worked and the amount of complaints they had,they would have to have someone on side,or someone could make out that these agencies would do anything to get a payment,and would everything be ethical and above board,or would it be all underhanded. so flame tv if you read this post,ask yourself would it be benifical to investigate all the agencies attatched to yes car credit and there associated names they use.a lot of people would probably benefit if all the agencies were highlighted,if they do there job by the rules and are above board,give them credit for it,but if they are bending the rules for there own gain,give them a lesson in showing that they cannot get away with these things,and that rules are rules,and are not there to be broken for the sake of greed.

I have yet to talk to Jamie from Flame TV. However I am sure he will welcome an email from any of our forum members who have been in a position of dealing with 'any' collection agency.
