Has anyone ever tried returning anything to this outfit? Last year bought a pushchair. When we got it home, it wouldn't go in a straight line (even when I was sober!) Took it back the day after and had a big row with the manager who said he wouldn't swap it. Resorted to standing outside and telling people going in about it. A few wouldn't go in. Some looked at me stupid and carried on. Contacted the head office and was patronised by them. Returned to the shop on a daily basis for about a week until eventually they replaced it. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. For a toy shop, they are dead miserable. They dont even smile at the kids who spend their pocket money there. If you go to the Disney shop, they always welcome you at the door , but toys r us just look at everyone as if they are shoplifters. saynototoysrus!!! Buzz wink |
