Unregistered	Hi I have this week received a demand for Ł5500 oweing to yes car from red castle for a car i purchase 2 years ago, and had SCRAPPED six months later due to deadly faults!!! I have managed to negotiate the debt down to Ł1000! How is this possiable or does it just explin how much if a con i got myself into during hard times some years ago. Regads

As with GoDebt this outfit will also attempt to extract Moines from you with demands. There are a number of legal arguments that CAB hold which is proving to be very successful regarding finance contracts with Yes Car Credit. So, make contact with the CAB, they have a department all set up to accommodate Yes Car Credit, it's debt collecting agencies and will welcome your call. Keep us imformed with the outcome.
