First call you need to make is to Citizens Advice. they have a department set to cater in YCC cases (Godebt) it's important that you contact them ASAP as they hold information regarding Direct Auto Finance contacts that may bring a positive outcome for you. Of course Godebt have to abide by Office Of Fair Trading standards regarding the collection of debt, if you feel that the standards have not been followed you must make a complaint. You can do that by emailing James.MacDougall@oft.gsi.gov.ukat the Office Of Fair Trading. Finally, you may have read that Flame TV in conjunction with the BBC are making a daytime programme to be aired soon. I am sure that they would be very interested in talking to you, they also have an expert on hand. The contact for this is jamie@flametv.co.uk So, to recap, Contact asap Citizens Advice, Office Of Fair Trading and Jamie at Flame TV. Hope this helps and keep us informed. |

I would imagine that YCC will have. Can't see why it would be Godebt. Every debt they buy will have been a default at one stage. ![]() Or is it possible to default on a default
