mr rhodes, with yes car credit telling people they had to take out insurances, even though they were supossed to be optional.which i believe is misleading information, also with the offers of free road tax and £250 cash back offers, which the majority of people did not get, (according to this site). with them offering you this offer but never recieve i believe this is fraud of some kind, what do you think? and also with you and other debt agencies being involved with yes car credit, will this have any effect on you,or is it one of these questions of whiich you will not or cannot answer?

Thank you for your post.

If you feel that you were made to take out the insurance product/s or that you have not received something that you were promised or entitled to then you need some advice.

I would suggest either the CAB or a Solicitor who specialises is Consumer Credit.

I cannot advise you on this - nor would I want to express a personal opinion.

Whether or not an agreement is enforceable is always of concern to a collection agency or a Solicitor trying to collect on the debt.

Typically agreements between the buyer and the seller of the debt cover off this point if it is found that a particular agreement is unenforceable for any reason.
