Can anyone please help on this? I have had post from Holiis Briggs in the past week, 2 letters now. First one stated that they were going to issue a bankruptcy order against me and I had till March to respond, the 2nd letter I recieved today saying they have issued one which this letter was dated 3 days after the other one and took 7 days to get to be only being posted yesterday (according to the envelope). I can;t believe they are doing this, I no longer have the vehicle and have not had or 18 months, I don't want to be made bankrupt at my age - please help! [Post moved to GoDebt Forum] |

I was hoping that we had seen the last of these threats of bankruptcy from Geldards - Godebt - Hollis Briggs, outfit. Can you advise us of the amount that they are asking for and a few more details about the outstanding balance. |

This is the first time I have had letters from them and they are threatening that action against me. Not very nice to recieve and especially when they say they will come and visit you at your home or work place with the papers |

No I haven't and I don't want them - ! Not when I am offering to pay!!!! I am being chased for just over £6k for a V reg Corsa (bob standard) which I have no longer got! |

i have had my papers and am due in court on the 24 of this month and i dont want to even go iam so sc ared of what the judge will say i cant risk losing my property and i cant get hold of the full amount that they want 6500.00 |
