We have recieved a warning letter and a phone call from Godebt saying that they will now procede with bancruptcy against us, we have already offered a payment per month vis direct debit which has been refused, we are looking for any advice or help you may have in regards to dealing with situation. |

Hello Marie and welcome to the forum smile Note that you are seeing the CAB tomorrow. Ask to talk with the in-house debt adviser as he/she will be able to consult the special advice unit within the CAB who are looking into Direct Auto Finance contracts - GoDebt. They have a number of legal arguments which may assist your case with both Godebt and Yes Car Credit. Make no agreement with GoDebt until you have consulted the CAB. Good luck and let us know how you get on. |
