I notice there is no mention on the page of them being part of Geldards now. Furthermore if you go to the Geldards site and attempt to get any information about the Go Debt staff, it comes up as a blank. There is also no mention of Hollis Briggs anywhere. |

They still mention Go Debt as their debt recovery arm, but there is no details in their staff database. Funny how most of the bad press on google to do with Go Debt is also to do with Yes Car Credit! |

looks like the web site update was to remove the pictures of go debt staff .something which i remember being told by them was invading their privacy when i and other members linked to them. and i remember stating if you dont wont to be seen why have your picture on line. the good news is if you put their name in google select uk and click on images you will see the files may not be linked from there site but are indeed still out there so you can still see what your debt collector looks like. |

mr rhodes, if someone gave false information when applying for credit, even if that credit was granted, does it make the agreement void? or is it the case that fraud has been commited? i know you may be a bit wary in answering this question, but as a matter of interest i would be grateful if you could give an answer. thankyou. |

Guest No the agreement is not always "void" - although there are circumstances when it could be. For those instances the person concerned really needs to take thier own legal advice. William |
