I too applied for a loan and was told that I got. I would have to pay £49.50 for the arrangement fee. The paperwork was to follow within 5 days, but didn't. I contacted them on the telephone number given and was informed that the reference number quoted was not in their system and that needed to get their IT department to try and restore the details. I did not receive a reply back, although one was promised. I am glad now that I have not sent any payment, after reading everybody else's comments about this company. What a misleading and underhanded way to do business!!! Stay away from them... |
