Hi as another unhappy customer of ycc i was wandering if anybody could help and tell me where and to whom im to send my termination letter to.Brought the car in April 2003 so past halfway point and desperately want to send it back!!!all help would be most appreciated Cheers Guys!

Hi Joel,

Welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry for the delay in answering your query.

Anyway, as far as I know you just send the letter of termination to head office at Springfield house, Horsham. I would address it to the accounts dept.

Make sure you send the letter by recorded/registered post. At least then you will have proof that they have received it.

If you took out the PPI insurances, they will try to charge you for the outstanding amount of it.

If they do, let us know.
