This firm has set up a specialist team to deal with YCC contracts. At present they have over 60 cases ongoing against YCC and are getting more and more as each day goes by. I email them whenever I have a query and have never had to wait more than an hour for a reply. They are a very reassuring company and will not take on your case if they don't feel that they can not win a case for you. So I would say, give them a go, you have nothing to lose! smile
