Hi all.

If anyone has experienced GoDebt photographing their house and then posting them a photograph, could they please contact me, either by private message or by email to paultaylor@consultant.com

I'm about to apply to have a Stat Demand set aside and lodge a counterclaim, and any details of people experiencing this will assist my case - many thanks in advance.

Depotman,

Have you seek legal advice on this or are you going it alone?

Bakedalasker,

I can't really say too much on a public forum, and in view of impending legal action, but I do have legal advisors.

Depotman,

This is something I would like you to have your solicitor consider.

To make someone bankrupt there are criterias, one of those criteria is that the debt is owed. Thats means the person without any doubt owes the debt. No ifs or buts.

I'm taking its Godebt wanting to make you bankrupt. Over the last year they have "set aside" a number of SD's mainly because of these legal arguments we go on about. They know about these arguments and because of that they should not be issuing SD's. From this you can assume that the agreement is possible unenforceable, therefore bringing in the doubts about the debts being owed.

Godebt know about this and so does William Rhodes. If this is the case they should not be issuing SD's. Worth asking your solicitor.

hey, i was in cardiff the other day and i took a photo of " there house " if you would like a copy. i was just curious as to where my money was sent, i was sort of expecting it sort of Galleon type affair with the old skull and crossbones flying above but alas it was just a typical office, there was a fair old stench coming from within though. :P

I was brought up in Cardiif Bigpete. Life long Cardiff City fan, we will be playing the likes of Man Utd next season.

I know there area very well although its been 20 odds years since I left. I know where those offices are and I can still picture them now. Cannot recall the stench though. nodside
