Just to let you know my update to my last post, "best action". Manches agreed that if I didnt have a solicitor then I would have no court costs to pay, and I have signed a court order to agree that both parties walk away. I now feel if I had continued they could have ended up owing me money, I cant think of any other reason why they would want to drop the case like a hot potato 2 weeks before the hearing. Anyway, I was happy to drop the case, I'm not greedy I just didnt want the stress or the possibility of owing them thousands! |

Well done Ripped off. These things can be quite stressful so if you are happy to walk away then you are doing the best thing. If its not costing you anything then I would say anyone else in your shoes would do the same.

I think it's a good idea. I wanted to let other people know if for nothing else but let them see there is hope, and that perhaps YCC's tide is turning now that they know they cannot win a vast amount of the cases, they are cutting their losses and dropping the cases like hot potatoes! |
