Advise him of your situation, and if the matter is not resolved that you will be making a formal complaint to the OFT, the FSA and Provident head office Two direct email addresses, Steve Plowman's, Steve.plowman@directautofinance.net And Peter Crook, who is the MD at Provident Finance, this individual is Steve Plowman's boss and in absolute charge at YCC and Provident Financial, his direct email is as follows, Peter.crook@providentfinancial.com Good luck!!
