I have a account with Yes Car credit have been with then since 'my first payment' may 2005, having a load of problems with the car 'a 2001 rover 25' and want to cancel my agreement, after reading my agreement it says I have to have paid £3644.16 before I can cancel the agreement. I called the company, for them to say I have to cancel the finance in writing, so I sent them an E-mail saying I wish to cancel my car finance as of the 31st of Jan 2007 yet no reply, sent the same E-mail 4 times now. would you know of any extra payments they'd ask for and if I am liable to pay them? Any help or advice would be great as the £235 I'm paying a month is killing me for a 6 year old car. thanks |
