All. The complaints continue to flood in about Yes Car Credit, it's associates and business practices. Therefore the saynotoyes team has decided to launch a Petition in the first and now continued to the second quarter of 2007. Please take time to read our following statement below and support the petiotion by sending your name and breif message by clicking on the link below; www.saynotoyes.co.uk/petition2007 "This is a petition signed by all the customers of Yes Car Credit who have experienced problems with the company. These range from being sold cars which apparently had been checked for their safety and obviously hadn't, some even being extremely dangerous to being mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance and other such policies which never pay out when claims are made against them. Customers have also been harassed with phone calls and letters not just to themselves but also family members and some have even been sent photographs of their houses by debt collection agencies threatening to apply for bankruptcy orders against them and repossess their houses.The company involved here is Godebt, a company owned by law firm Geldards LLP based in Cardiff. Both Yes Car Credit and Go debt is also breaching many OFT and FSA Guidelines and also acts like the Consumer Credit Act and the Sale of Goods Act. All names and contacts will be sent at the end of the first quarter of 2007 to the FSA - OFT and The Rt. Hon. Alistair Darling MP Secretary of State for Trade and Industry The people listed below feel that this sort of behaviour is unacceptable and call on you to take note of the situation and act upon it." |
