![]() My name is Alia Islam and as you can imagine im so depressed since I partially signed a contract on Thursday 22nd Feb 07 on a car which I brought on finance and since then I am very stressed. I looked on the website and didn't realise the negativity this company of which i am also now a victim, I was under pressure to sign up for the credit, and it will cost me a lot of money, So far I have only paid 50.00 as deposit and my first installment starts on the 22 mar 07. They rang me asking me that they made an error and I need to go in and sign something else, I dont want to sign anything, the credit borrowing and insurance is too high and I'm ending up paying double of the actual cost. Can I get out of this by not signing up to anything else? Shouldn't every contract have a 14day cooling off period. Yours faithfully stressed. |

Hi Ali It depends on what they want you to sign? it may be something small that would have no affect on your contract, or it may be something laqrge which would mean that the contracty is unenforcable until you do sign it, i would suggest you just pop in say you yhave to be soimewhere else and take the paperwork so you can look at it and get an opinion before signing?
