I have had trading standards involved these are the problems i have had. 1] being cond into paying more on the day. 2] being sold insurance that was no good due to age of the car. 3]salesman cond us saying to sign forms before they were filled in saying that was standard pratice. 4]never got the £350 cash back or the £1000.00 part exchange, They told me the car i wanted was £3500 and i would get up to £1500 for my car the deal seemed great,but when i got the papper work in the post i only got £300 for my car and i never got the cash back,so i went to trading standards and it tuck them 5 months to get an anwser, APPROVED CAR FINANCE say i did get all the offers the car i got off them cost over £5000.00 and i also got 6 months road tax,i didnt get any road tax i had to get it myself. there are no prices on the cars,the sales man tells you how much they cost,and it would appair that i payed way over the top for my car Can you give me any addvice ond what i can do to try get some think back? |
