Unregistered	Hi, I informed Yes that I was terminating my agreement and was advised to put it in writing which I did. I didnt hear anything from them, then out of the blue, the collectiong guy turned up on my door at 20:30 one night. I signed the receipt of collection and gave him the car and have heard nothing since from yes. I had only had the car for around 8 months so will the still try and collect any money for cancelling the contract and if so, when am I likely to hear from the cos I havent heard anything for over 3-4 months now. thanks for your help in advance. kind regards Wilmasetta

www.saynotoyes.co.uk Posts: 1,476 Group: Saynotoyes moderating team Member #333 Joined: March 6, 2006	yes I would say they will probably come after you fro ALL monies outstanding on the agreement. this would be all the money owed for the car up to the end of the four years and also all money owed for the insurances up to the end of the same period. as to when they will catch up with you - well that is anyones guess unfortunately. can I ask why you gave the car back after 8 months?
