hi i recently took out a loan with welcome in November 2006 and they practically forced me into taking out three types of insurance which i instantly regretted when i got home i tried to cancel but they told me i could not due to government legislation (unbelievable) i am still fighting to cancel them after numerous excuses, now they want me to visit welcome premises to sign new agreement. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP |

Julie,The reason they want you to sign a new agreement is because your original one is most likely void. If you can scan your agreement to us we will get our experts to check it out. Without seeing it there is not much we can comment on. |
