The court case with Advantage Finance has been transfered to our local court. Today we received the AQ. It says on there how many days, hours and minutes do we think the court case will take? Please would someone advise us on this, as we have never done this sort of thing before. I also got DPA spreadsheets from them. It has made very interesting reading. It says on there in black & white, it was us who wanted them to take the car away. Also says that it was in fact taken to another garage. And also the garage owes Advantage £9.2k. So why on earth are they trying to swindle £15k out of us? I will of course be doing a copy of the spreadsheets to send to the court along with the AQ. It will be interesting to see what the judge will say about it. And I will be sending a copy of the email I sent to Advantage asking them for a breakdown of the £15k, and that they never responded back. It also shows on there, that my husband made an offer on paying the rest off with monthly instalments of £25 and they refused it. I am sure I read somewhere that it is against the law for a creditor to refuse money. Is this true? as I would like to express this to the judge on the day we are in court. I am nervous as hell and worried coz we never been in this situation before. Thank you for your help. |
