 Very interesting.

This is going to make it not such a lucrative market for the DCA's. Also it going to make the lenders more responsible to who they lend to.

Makes me laugh when they say "rogue customers". All so called debt owners are rogues according to DCAs. Wonder what percentage of "rogue" people got conned into debt like us YCC victims.

I just hope this is implemented and policed properly.
