Fellow anti-Welcomers, It would seem, from reading many of the posts on this site, that Welcome have a very good team of lawyers working for them. How are we doing as Welcome victims? I'm beginning to feel as if we are in need of a champion for our cause. Are ther any legal firms out there that I can contact? Has anyone had success against Welcome? Can someone provide a step-by-step guide to at least stop them in their tracks or sit up and take notice? So far, I have outlined my complaint to Welcome and sent it to them, by Recorded delivery. After one week they phoned to acknowledge receipt of my letter, but reminded me that even if I returned the car, there would still be an outstanding debt of almost £6000 in charges!!! I still feel strongly about the fact that I was mis-sold the car and the Insurances, and that I was tricked by a sleight of hand in terms of the £1000 deposit and the non existent £250 cash back.(IS there anyone out there who actually GOT their £250 cashback?) My next step seems to be to get my Agreement checked out, as per the Forum advice. Any other advice or encouraging words would be appreciated. Yours in desperation, Sabaracus

Sabaracus, welcome to our forum. We can get your agreement checked out and inform you of your chances. Only lately we have had users send us their contracts where we believe a number of them are unenforceable. Welcome like YCC have not been very clever with their executions of agreements and the right representation will show this. So get our agreement to us and we will go from there.
